I passed the screening phone call and made an appointment for the next round of interviews. But the recruiter sent me an email one day before, saying they decided not to move forward with my application without telling me reasons. I should have another phone call with the recruiter for another position. I confirmed in my email that the recruiter didn't cancel the screening phone call interview. But when I checked the recruiter said "I believe I sent you an email yesterday..." . There is no evidence that both of my interview were canceled and the recruiter didn't reply me after I sent an email, asking the recruiter to help me check whether they are both canceled. It seems to me that the people team here didn't show respect to the candidates as they shows in the interviews.
