Short with questions related to application of skills instead of canned interview questions. Also got to meet most of the team across a few different interviews, which was pleasant. Overall, interview felt much more relevant than most.
Felt confident in responses, conversations flowed. Basic procedures reviewed. Questions in regards to commodities managed previously. How past experiences relate to current position. Reviewed highs and lows of day to day work situations.
