I applied for this role through LinkedIn and was contacted by an HR representative via email to schedule a phone screening. The phone interview covered basic topics, including my background, sample coordination responsibilities, and salary expectations. After the interview, I did not receive any further communication from the company. Given my experience, availability, and alignment with their stated salary range, I am unsure why the process did not move forward. I have applied to this company many times in the past, and this was the only time they have reached out.
