The interview process began with a phone interview that lasted around 30 minutes. They then notified me that they would like to meet in person at their office for an in person interview. They were very willing to work around my schedule. The second interview was great. They explained to me what the position entailed and some of the benefits the company offered. Later that day they notified me that they would like to schedule another interview with the owner and his son. The owner was a very stand-up guy that is very personable. The third interview went great, and they notified me that they would like to offer me a position. I met with them the fourth time and they offered me a position.
