First interview on the phone with HR manager. Second interview in person with direct manager (part 1) and 2 other senior managers (part 2). The second interview also included a test in which they provided questions about how you would approach a specific project. I was then given 15-20 minutes to write up my answers before debriefing my responses with two managers.
