I thought the PI test included in the application was pretty cool, though I do wish the company used it more proactively to support employees’ needs. The interview process itself was smooth and well-structured. The first conversation was with HR, quick and straightforward, followed by two additional interviews with the Creative Director and the Marketing team. !You have to take a drug test after accepting an offer!
