I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tulip Interfaces in Oct 2023
Interview
There are two coding tests. One is to code a small program like the Hangman game. The other is to test your React skills in a given web app, they would let you change some UI in the web app.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For the 1st test, they asked me to develop a hangman game. For the 2nd test, they gave me a web app, and asked me to change some UI, like change pot color in a chart.
Multiple rounds of interviews with two hands on coding challenge, and the rest is with face time with management.
The number of interviews might seem a lot, but the second round of coding challenge is bundled together with several rounds.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Question about previous experience with manufacturing
2 technical and a lot of behavioral interviews. In total there might have been from 5 to 7 rounds. People were friendly, during interview process there was a chance to meet executives which was interesting.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tulip Interfaces (Somerville, MA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interview process starts as usual with a phone screen and its followed by a technical interview and then an onsite interview after that. The phone screen was okay and the interview was fairly friendly. The following technical was also on the easier side, the unfortunate thing is that they don't have good communication and never reach out following the technical. At least in my experience even a no would have been great but got no feedback.
