This was for remote position, expectation to be available till 1 in the night but you can start working post lunch during the day. The HR asked in detail about work ex, salary range etc. Interview was pure technical backend heavy
Not clear how the process works. After the registration, you receive a lot of messages from bots by email and WhatsApp requesting to start a bunch of tests. You lose your time for nothing. It looks there is no human interaction.

Countless hours spent on creating the profile, and it is tailored for short term contracts. If you have 10 years of experience at three companies, you literally cannot finalize your profile.
I had to spend a lot of time redoing my profile page, somehow the platform truncates the text fields, removing relevant information. It feels like a cheap version of LinkedIn.
