2 step online interview. One online test for reading and math skills. If you get accepted another they send you another test with video uploads for different questions. Easy and straightforward.

Difficulties you faced in life and how you overcame them.
Interview process was fast and clean, first they sent a test after skipping it there was a video interview, it was online and ı was asked some classic hr questions
There was only a test that measured your level of English and a test where you're asked to comment on some graphs. Pretty easy. No interview after that I guess they look at your CV.
