Turkish Technic Software Developer interview questions

First, they will open a job offer and you will be applied online. After that, they will invite almost all of the candidates to the somewhere and they want you to solve some ALES (central exam in Turkey), YDS ((central exam in Turkey)) mixed questions. If you succeed, they will do a background check to you and this will take up to 8 months. After that, they will invite you to a face-to-face interview. They will first test your emotions, test your English knowledge and they will ask some "easy peasy lemon squeezy" technical questions.
