Interview
The Interview came in two stages, One was a phone screening with basic HR questions and second was Zoom meeting that talks about the portfolio. Overall it was quite layback and would say the zoom meeting was easier than the phone screening.

Interview
One-on-one with HR team member. Was asked a couple questions such as 'Why this firm', 'What kind of work style do you prefer', and to run through a project in my portfolio. He then introduced a little about the firm and the position.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Turner Fleischer Architects
Interview
I was contacted by a recruitment agency, the process was very fast and positive. My recruiter set a date and time for the interview. on the day of the interview when I arrived I was greeted, very welcoming environment and staff.
