Very friendly, but definitely asked pointed questions, asking for specific examples at least three to four times. Recruiter was very knowledgeable about not only the role, but the company as well. I asked very particular questions about how the company handles growth, what individual feedback is like, personal accountability, etcetera, and she answered everything with aplomb.

The recruiter was awesome. She was easy to talk to and made me comfortable during our phone screen, she was super informative about the role, the team and the company. She was positive and encouraging throughout the process and super responsive! The interviews were challenging, but informal enough that I felt like I could be myself, and get to know the interviewers.
