Took several tries to get scheduled for interview, after HR left voice mail that I was being offered an interview. Had to fill out application form upon arrival at the office, then met with the HR Coordinator, who basically reviewed my resume and asked clarifying questions. Then met with HR Director, who had a list of about 30 questions - some behavioral, some psychological. HR Director was not specific about timing of next steps. I told HR Director I would follow up in a week. Waited 10 days, then called HR Director, who informed me that top two candidates had been scheduled for second round interviews. Before I had an opportunity to ask for feedback about my interview, the call was concluded.
