Interview
3 rounds of interview, first was a video, then a meeting with two team members, then finally the CEO. I would say it was quite a long process, but the team were pleasant and the questions weren’t too difficult.

Interview
I was referred by an agency, which connected me with the hiring manager. The interview went well and felt smooth overall.
However, one thing I noticed is that the job posting did not specify that advanced Excel skills were required. The hiring manager places a strong emphasis on this skill, and I’ve learned that even candidates who are proficient in Excel have been unsuccessful due to the complexity of the in-person test or not meeting the specific level of expertise expected.

Interview
Had 2 rounds of interviews. 1st with HR, who was lovely to chat with. 2nd consisted of a 2-people interview that included the hiring manager and another director you would work closely with in the role. One of them didn't seem too interested and barely smiled, clearly looking to the side and pinging someone. Still professional but didn't seem that nice.
