Interview
I filled out an application online but had to fill out the same form in person twice for both of the interviews I was called in for. I was asked the same questions in both interviews held by different managers. I felt like they were unprepared for my interview both times and never heard a call back. I was finally hired when I interviewed at a different location and interviewed with the manager there.

Interview
One on one interview with managers focusing on questions about customer service, experience, attitude, how to deal with unhappy customer, POS knowledge. After interview they reply via call or email. Once hired you train multiple positions.
