Applied on LinkedIn for one of the posts company had. I recognize that it was a long shot to start with since my experience was not 100% they were looking for. To my surprise I was scheduled for a call. As I pick up the phone I heard a lot of background noise from people talking in the room. That noise prevent from hear half of the questions which was asked. I had to guess what was implied. The call last 15-20 min where through the middle of the call I realized that I were rushed through. When I hung up I felt that I just waste this time since interviewer a) didn't read my resume to start this, b) call me with unqualified questions c) could not find quite room
