I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I had an initial conversation with the recruiter that I really enjoyed, really clicked. She arranged a technical phone interview that week which lasted 30 minutes. Based on this interview I was invited to come onsite the following week to meet with the two Senior Directors; smart guys. I was brought in the following week to meet the team. This interview was split into 3 group interviews, I was extremely impressed with the level of the people I was talking to; the interview was a lot of fun. The week after I was invited back and I had an in depth technical interview and met with the head of HR and the CEO. All in all, fun experience with some very smart people.
The whole interview process was a little over three weeks

Applied on LinkedIn. Initial response included 4 follow up questions via email and a 15 minute phone call with the recruiter. Peer phone interview of one hour. Peer lunch interview of one hour. 4+ hour interview with every single report broken up by team. One to two week intervals between interviews. Was to have one final interview with CEO and head of HR but they had already found and settled on a candidate before that interview could be scheduled.
