I interviewed with the person I'd report to, and then went on to do 6 more interviews - 2nd round was 2 Executive Recruiters. 3rd round was 2 Executive Recruiters, a Talent Research Manager, and a Bar Raiser. 7 interviews was a lot, and I was expecting an offer soon after. However, I learned I was the first person they interviewed and they wanted to interview more people. I would have preferred to go through the second round of interviews and then take a pause so they could interview more candidates. Then, go to the third round with their top tier candidates. Overall, though, the people that I interviewed with were incredible and you can tell the Exec Recruiting team is truly great. They asked behavioral based questions and probed into my experience in research.
