The recruiter in Dublin emailed me to say that I was a good match and asked me to book time in her calendar for a 30 mins screening interview. I booked in the time and emailed her to confirm date and time. The day of the interview I waited for the call that didn’t come through. I sent her an email to let her know that I had been waiting for the call to which she replied 2 hours later that the system booked the interview for the following day! She asked me if the following day at the same time was suitable, I said yes. Again she never called nor did she answer my follow up email this time. I find this behaviour very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.
