Twin Lakes interview questions

Email screen, followed by phone screen, then eventually a test is scheduled with your first interview. Basic highschool math, microsoft applications and networking questions are on the test. Followed by a taped interview. Second interview is a taped interview with the ceo. I felt like they already knew who they were gonna hire after they told me they could give me the contact info to work with one of their subcontractors during the first interview. The second interview felt like a formality and they could have just told me not to come in. Job is union based starts at 24 and goes to 30 an hour after five years with an average of 45 hours a week.

The interview process included a lengthy wait for the actual interview. When it was conducted it was at their corporate office and included a typing test, general knowledge and taped interview.
