Most interviews are reasonable, except for the architect one which felt pretty wrong given the position.
The interviewer withholds as much information as possible and provides no written assessment for a complex setup. The aim is to force the interviewee to ask tons of questions in a short amount of time and to work out their way to a solution.
Overall, this company has a robust interview process, but it feels pretty overkill for the size and notoriety of the company.
