The process was pretty straightforward and relaxed. It started with a quick phone screening about previous experience, followed by a virtual interview with the property manager. Most questions focused on handling residents, communication skills, and daily work situations. The conversation felt natural, and communication throughout the process stayed organized and fairly quick.

Question 1
How would you prioritize tasks during a busy leasing week with multiple resident requests?
It moved faster than I expected. I first spoke with a recruiter about my experience in leasing, resident communication, and handling property-related concerns. After that, I met with the property management team and discussed how I handle tenant situations, scheduling, and daily office work. It was all professional but still relaxed enough for the conversation to feel natural.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Two Coast Living (Panama City Beach, FL)
Interview
It was very informal and unprofessional. The property manager answered her phone and allowed interruptions by property residents during the interview. She was very unorganized and unprepared and extremely unprofessional.
