Two Degrees Mobile Ran Manager interview questions

"Felt like interviewing with an arrogant pig-head". The interviewer seemed uninterested from the get-go (kept checking his mobile phone and his watch). Seemed least interested in what I have been working on in my current role with a different organisation and more interested in asking the irrelevant, cliched HR questions about 30-60-90 day plan and leadership qualities.
