Applied online and got HR feedback with a code assessment. For a quant research role, the code assessment is mostly on simple numerical algorithms and data analysis work.
Phone screen with a tricky stats question about regression.
Onsite interview with three technical rounds in the morning:
1) coding
2) data science case study #1
3) data science case study #2
I didn't get very good answers in the morning but somehow made it into the afternoon after a nice lunch in a nearby Japanese restaurant with two TS employees.
In the afternoon I talked with three managers with various questions including my background, brainteasers, and my research works. They seem to care a lot about your research work.

Discuss in an hour on how to predict house price starting with a initial dataset. Back and forth as the discussion go deeper. Discussed model choices, variable selection, and model validation, etc.

Final round with 2-3 hiring managers and a senior manager from matched teams: combination of open-ended technical problems and behavioral questions
