I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tymit in Feb 2025
Interview
The process was divided in 4 stages.
The first two interviews were with HR and the Head of engineering, respectively. Both were generic or "first look" interviews.
The third interview was technical, they asked me about how to build an architecture for a service hosted in ECS, I shared my screen and built the diagram of the architecture.
The fourth and last interview was with two members of different teams (not platform) and was purely about culture, how would I fit in the work culture.
Great process overall, fast and got feedback by HR of every interview.

Question 1
Some generic questions:
What is your motivation to work in Tymit? Why and/or how did you resign in your last job? How could you contribute at Tymit?
There were some questions about cross-team communication and problem handling, but I do not remember them.
How would you build an AWS architecture for a service that should be hosted within ECS?

Interview
HR interview, interview with VP of engineering, a technical interview with members of the team discussing a specific scenario and all the decisions you would make. The process was nice and straigth forward. Without weird interviews and strange challenges that take you days to complete.

Interview
I recently interviewed for a Platform Engineer position at Tymit. The process was smooth and well-structured. Both Emma and Alberto were professional, respectful, and made me feel comfortable during our conversations.
The interviews were engaging, with thoughtful questions about my experience and approach to infrastructure challenges. They provided clear feedback at each stage, which I truly appreciated. Although I didn’t progress to the final stage, they were transparent about their decision and took the time to explain the reasoning behind it.
