I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tyndale Company in Jan 2019
Interview
There were 4 interviews 2 by phone about 40 min each then 2 face to face about 45 min each. There was also a personality assessment prior of the face to face interviews that is about 2 hrs long. At the time of the arrival for the face to face interview they asked me to take 3 more test, IQ, logical and what I think was another personality two of them were timed. All these minutes before the face to face interviews. At that moment i knew it wasn’t the right fit for me. I like where a company invest time on screening but this felt more like being at school (or witch-hunt) causing the candidate to be nervous for getting a bad grade and then throwing them into the interviews.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tyndale Company
Interview
Standard interview process with phone, assessment, Zoom and in person interviews.
Very poor communication from HR throughout the process, and ultimately at the end. HR does not respond to emails/communications.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Tyndale Company
Interview
Easy, zoom interview with both customer service rep bosses. Wasn’t too intimidating, but just asked normal customer service related questions. Was not a long interview and hear back a little over a week later. went through a staffing agency to get the job, which helped the process.

Interview
The process was thorough with 2 virtual interviews and 1 in person interview but was a great process and done in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was prompt to respond and move to the next stage. Their offer was very competitive and included excellent benefits.
