Process was quick at first but interviewer seemed unprepared. Interview was scattered and mostly talked on how no one has been able to handle their workload and high standards in combination with a very low salary range. After 3 months of no word they reached out to schedule a 'second interview'. Overall, they were kind but there was no respect for time. Being 15 minutes late to the interview, no feedback/answer for 3 months (after being told I'd hear back the following week), and then pushing for me to have another conversation after I declined a second interview.
