I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TÜV Rheinland (Bengaluru)
Interview
Casual interview with not much emphasis on technical knowledge. Previous work related questions were more or less to check the communication skills. Not much on your overall experience. So be prepared to talk whatever comes to your mind in that 20-30 mins of short interview session
Proper introduction, straightforward , no unnecessary questions. They already properly screened through the CVs and only contacted best candidates to avoid long interview screening process. Interviewed directly by the relevant team.
The interview process, in this case a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager, focused heavily on the candidate's approach to problem-solving. It was designed to assess the ability to effectively manage time and quality while working under specific constraints. Crucially, the discussion also evaluated the candidate's attitude and resilience when faced with challenging technical and strategic problems.
