After some initial emails and phone calls an interview was scheduled at the GSA's local office. The interview was with two people: one from HR and the other from the department I was interviewing with. Each interviewer took turns asking questions from a pre-determined list of questions. Questions were pretty straight forward and what you would expect in a behavior based interview process (i.e. tell me about yourself, why do you want to work in this field, what do you know about our company, what are your career goals, tell me about a time when you displayed leadership, etc.).
