Phone interview followed by an in person interview with 3 managers and then 1 director. The whole process only took about 30-45 minutes. Received an offer about 3-4 days later. Just standard interview questions.

Interview
Zoom call, they described the position, provided ups and downs. Provided pay, it was non-negotiable, provided bonus structure(it was actually less). They did not mention the caveats that were required for the monthly commission bonus to be paid.

Interview
I actually didn't interview. I was contacted by them after seeing my profile on LinkedIn. I told them I'd be interested in speaking along with asking about the compensation range and remote work flexibility and I got no response. I followed up several days later and got a response on the remote work (really none,) and they actually had no compensation requirements in place and asked me what I was looking for.
I gave them a basic number based off the basic info I had received for the job but I added several other factors that were important to take a new job. Again zero response. Followed up a week later to see if there was any interest in speaking and again, zero response.
They came to me and I'm having to follow-up with them every time. I'm sure interviewing would have been a blast.

Interview
I applied for the position online. Within a couple of days, I got a phone call and did a short phone interview. I was then asked to do a face to face interview. The face to face interview was laid back.
