Interview
Very straightforward. A zoom call with two managers, and they ask you to start by introducing yourself before giving the next steps. I got the email with a job offer fater tthe step 2 weeks later.

Interview
It was relatively easy, you would need to demonstrate your customer service skills as well as present yourself as a UBC ambassador. 2 people are present and are asking questions, one of the questions might be presenting a case given and how we can make it appealing to a random person.

Interview
One on one interview followed by 6 weeks period of probation. After applying online, they will contact you to set up a time for an interview. During interview, they specifically look for whether you are able to build rapport with the interviewer.
