1 phone call and then 2 interviews. If they like you, hiring is usually fast and efficient. I'm thankful for this role and new grads should definitely apply for entry-level roles.
Applied via Handshake and received notice via email. Interview was scheduled promptly and took less than 30 minutes to complete. The interviewer was kind and friendly. She asked common questions and thoroughly enjoyed my answers.
Very Structured, the questions are the same for everyone so it is a fair and structured process. You are interviewed by a panel and not individually. Typical panel interview process.
