Interviewed first with Director and then Hiring Manager. A week after interviewing received an email from manager stating that they were preparing to give me an offer. Provided references and then was ghosted. Checked job status and it now says “Others more competitive”. Strange and unprofessional to never contact me to explain. Have shared my experience with others and definitely unacceptable process.

Good person, nice culture, the interviewer respects the candicate, and the questions match the technical level of the job description. The interviewer's answers make sense and shared details. Nothing particularly noticeable, generally good experience.

2 stages, first behavior second leetcode. The behavioral one is very easy, just make sure you can talk about the things you claim in your resume really well. For the second stage, just grind leetcode medium problems.
