Interview
It took awhile to get an interview after applying. I had 2 interviews on Zoom. One with a panel of staff and faculty from the department and division. Second interview was only with 2 staff members from the department. Interview questions were given about 30minutes-hour beforehand which was really helpful.

What approach do you take to establish yourself in a new job?
Very nice experience, easy going conversational. Not overly technical. Mostly just gauging research interests and technical background to determine if there is a good fit. This is a one on one experience with a particular staff member.
