Applied via the company's website and got a phone interview. I was invited to an onsite interview 3 weeks later. The interview took 3 hours. It consisted of 2 panel interviews, a presentation, lab tour and a chat over coffee with the team members.

interview was brief and very well structured. It had 3 main stage first screening with HR lasted nearly 45 minutes then scientific manager interview for 1 hour which was mainly focus around match to advertised position then team interview.
