I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UCHealth (Fort Collins, CO) in Feb 2014
Interview
Online application process, called for interview by manager, interviewed following week with panel of 6 current managers. Placed at head of the table, 20+ questions and scenarios for over an hour, challenging but not impossible if prepared. Temp of room 10-15 degrees warmer than needed, everyone had refreshments, none offered to me. Possibly to see if they could make the interviewee uncomfortable?

Question 1
“tell me about a time a coworker corrected you, how did you take the feedback”, “how would you address someone at work who’s not pulling their weight?”, “how do you manage a sepsis patient?”, “what do you think will be challenging coming to UCH from your background?”
I applied and interviewed with the unit managers approximately a month later. They were polite and asked standardized questions. They were helpful with answering my questions and explained the opportunities available at UCHealth.
