I applied through university. I interviewed at UCLA Housing (UCLA, CA)
Interview
Asked general questions about customer service and hospitality. And how you would approach resident conflicts and what made you interested in working as a housing safety ambassador. The interview was not too difficult but your school schedule shouldn't conflict too much with the work times.
Interview from RD and asked about administrative experience, office experience, experience with Microsoft Suite, and scheduling appointments and calls with residents. You have a higher chance of getting this position if you are an RA on the hill.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA Housing (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The overall process was very straightforward. I submitted my application and then was promptly asked to interview the next week. I had one interview with the main supervisor and then I was offered the job the next week.
