filled out a hard-copy application and delivered it to a manager at Bruin Café; heard back about eight months later; interviewed--basic questions about customer service, what recommendations I would give for additional menu items, etc.
The interview was chill, they just asked me why I wanted to work there and about my previous experience. They also reiterated the commitments of the job, such as working during finals week.
