      Development Coordinator Interview

      22 May 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA in Sept 2010

      Interview

I met with three different people on three separate occasions during the interview process. There are 100 employees many of whom have been at the Museum for over 20 years and are set in their ways. The Museum is essentially divided between this much older group of workers and a large group of 20 and young 30-somethings. As always when interviewing at Museums, it is essential to have real art world experience. The one exception is events. This place is ALWAYS looking for good events people with or without an art world background.
