It was pretty simple, I cold called and asked if they had a job, and they said they might, and asked about my qualifications. I pretty much read line by line down my resume, and he said I had good experiences. He asked what I was looking to do, I told him, and he said that seemed reasonable. We talked money for a bit and I got the job sight-unseen.
