Zoom interview with both the RD and the ARD no longer than 20 minutes. welcoming environment from both the staff members and it seems like they cared about getting to know their student workers. no intimidation tactics and very welcoming

Nice and comfortable. The process is heavily involved by current working assistants, so that the team can get a gist of who they will be working with in the future.
