I applied online. Got a phone call about three weeks later. Did a phone interview then took an online test. Was asked to interview in person where I took another test and met with the President of the company.

They reached out with a brief call -easy questions: tell me about yourself- and short technical survey initially. Then was called in for an in person interview that took about an hour.
