UDig ETL Developer interview questions

Phone interviews with UDIG, then with the client's technical representative. Both of these were a good bit LESS demanding than I would have thought, and I don't know if I should be flattered or suspicious. At the time, I was suspicious ("why do they want me, when they've barely asked me any professional-level questions?").
