Pretty standard questions. There were two interviewers. Unsure if they were from the HR department as their command of English is quite poor. The company is a GLC and is a participant in SL1M. Hence, all fresh graduates are required to go through the SL1M which is essentially an on-the-job training programme. The programme is a year long and the salary or "allowance" they offer is low - RM 1.8k only. That sum is high for interns in Malaysia but as a fresh graduate I do feel that it is too low to sustain ourselves in KL. Also, I presume one has to be fluent in colloquial Malay to be able to fit in the company.
