The process started with an initial call with HR, which was extremely quick and felt rushed. It seemed like the interviewer was not genuinely interested in hearing what I had to say and did not appear to have a clear understanding of the role they were interviewing for. The whole experience felt disorganized and unstructured, as if chaos was the norm and that is what they were looking for in a candidate.
After that, I was sent an exercise with a few support-related questions. The questions were not particularly challenging or insightful and did not provide much clarity on what they were actually assessing.
Following the rushed interview and a poorly designed exercise, I was rejected without any clear explanation. It's hard to understand how a company can reject a candidate after such a rushed interview, especially when the interviewer was clearly unprepared and the assessment lacked depth or clarity. The process only confirmed my impression that this is one of those companies that tries to look cool and modern but is actually messy and self-important. Even the design of their websites reflects that lack of direction and thought.
In the end, it felt like a bullet dodged. I would not recommend this hiring process to anyone seeking a serious, transparent, and well organized company.
