​I had an interview with the company and was told during the process that I would receive feedback within a week. After the week passed with no updates, I proactively reached out to the HR representative for an update. I was informed that the hiring manager was on a two-week leave. ​While I understand that delays happen, it has now been over a month since that communication, and I have received no further response, status update, or official rejection despite following up.
