Well organised interview process. Initial phone call to arrange interview date, followed by email with dates and attendees. Enough time given to prepare for each stage of the process. Interview tone was part formal, part casual.

Psychometric testing and quick five / ten minute phone consultation followed by Interview and assessment in person there was about a week delay between each stage. The assesement centre was in north sydney at head office.
