I had a positive experience during the interview, and I was verbally offered a position. However, due to issues within the project, the offer was not made on time, which I understood. I was open to discussing the opportunity later when the project situation was clarified.
The most significant negative aspect was that I did not receive any feedback on the project's status or the potential offer by the promised date. I tried to reach out to them multiple times, but they did not answer the phone. When I finally managed to get in touch, I was given excuses like "I was going to call you" or "I was on vacation." These excuses are unacceptable, especially if someone knows they will be on vacation and still promises a deadline.
I advise future candidates to be very cautious and not commit themselves until they receive an official offer. Fortunately, I didn't. To the recruiters, I would say that this kind of negligence can severely damage their brand.
