UK Flooring Direct interview questions

There was a very quick turn around in terms of on boarding as i was contacted for an immediate start role. A short call with the chief officer of the company to confirm some questions and get to know if the role would be suitable which was June 6th and i started my first day on June 9th (Taking into account 2 weekend days too) which after being strung along by several other companies throughout March-June during the virus pandemic was very refreshing and demonstrated the company was serious about progression and getting the job done which is very appealing to me as this would signal that the company also invests in it's employees development and can make quick concise decisions which appeals to my personality but also gave me a confidence boost and increased my positive attitude which i have bought into the team. I found long drawn out interviews with irrelevant or duplicate questions with other companies quite off putting & quite damaging your confidence.

The interview was very relaxed. We talked about my skills. Then after a quick excel test we talked about my plans for the future and then at that point I was offered the job.
