      Junior Decision Scientist Interview

I interviewed at UK Power Networks

      Interview

Had three 'technical' tests + two competency-based questions. First two technical tests were questions on Python, SQL or statistics (you must pick 2) where the interviewers give you a sheet with some basic stuff and you're supposed to define them. The last technical test is writing a function to replicate a well-known module (I got the trim() function). But the catch is, you cannot use a laptop so you need to do it on paper. That was a little confusing and I initially didn't understand what the ask was. Competency based questions were pretty standard (only 2 questions asked). Only thing to note is one interviewer pretends to be technical and the other non-technical.
